This is my example of depth of field, this is a photo by John hedgecoe and I think it is very interesting. You can't really tell how far the wall is from the first thing you see in the image, which is the hands, as it's just plain grey with nothing really to it. The first thing I am drawn to is his hands as it's the closest thing to us in the image, followed by his face which is in the centre oh his hands, I also like this picture because it's simple, there's not much really going on and it's black and white.

Depth of field.
